Start Planning Your 36 Hours in Philadelphia!

From the New York Times
Last weekend, the New York Times' "36 Hours" travel column focused on everyone's favorite destination: Philadelphia! The article just scratches the surface of all the wonderful things to do in Philadelphia, but it does highlight some of our favorite places and activities, from Rittenhouse Square to great BYOB restaurants.

One suggestion they offer is the new Barnes Foundation on the Ben Franklin Parkway. This brand-new museum designed by Tod Williams and Billie Tsien houses a collection of Impressionist and Early Modern paintings and sculpture worth an estimated 25 billion dollars. And it's just steps from the center of town.

Keep in mind that the Barnes only offers timed tickets that tend to sell out months in advance, so buy online well ahead of April. Take a look at the NYT article to see even more great things on offer.
